Provide full event management of event to promote Scotland to the European Market. Work with the Scottish Culinary Team and manage marketing, promotions, catering, styling and theming.

RESULTS:
Brought together a cross section of invited guests, Ministers and VIP's from Scotland and Europe.
Unique use of audiovisual aids in a traditional and classic venue.
Chefs and menu featured on a Scottish television programme.
The event was the highlight of the European Seafood Exposition for Scotland.
